Kalki Koechlin’s new powerful video – The Printing Machine

The video – The Printing Machine is the most powerful thing that people will see today online. Like before, Kalki has once again made us proud with her poem ‘The Printing Machine,’ which she’s co-written and performed with the good folks at Blush. The words, the beats, and the visuals, create an powerful message for all of us to absorb and inculcate. We all talk about the ridiculousness of the news, the negativity of it all, and then go about our normal routines. But here’s an earnest effort that is making us question our subtle, but harmful indifference. [Watch video here]

The poem has been recited by Kalki Koechlin in a five-minute video which released on the women’s lifestyle channel Blush on January 12.

The video features Kalki Koechlin reciting a scathing monologue she penned down on society, media and the ‘brutality of our culture’. Directed by Akanksha Seda, this five minutes video is one of the most stimulating denunciation of a culture that may be going morally numb, one newspaper edition a time.
