I don’t know if it only happens with me, but in winters I guess the urge for random food cravings on a sudden high and what feels surprising is our capacity to eat ‘endlessly’ 😉 One of my most frequent craving is of having some home-style spicy chicken tikka. Believe me it does not take much of effort or time; with some basic ingredients handy, you would be almost done within 30 minutes.
Ingredients for marinade: curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, gun powder, pepper powder, tandoor masala, oil, oregano and chilli flakes.
Process: Marinade the chicken pieces in the batter for around 15-20 minutes. Put the pieces on skewers and roast them on barbecue until done. Serve hot with chutney of your choice and some wafers.
